Usability
Would you be consulting this Web site if you had to read an inch-thick manual and make three phone calls to get here? Probably not. People rarely want to deal with products that are pointlessly complex, slow, or just plain incomprehensible.
A good product is one that helps the customer achieve his or her goals. A successful product is one that makes achieving these goals easier than competing products do. Making a product that is easy to use, be it a mobile application, a Web site, or even a door handle, creates a major competitive advantage.
Don’t let a good product fall into the clutches of bad usability! Head to Getting Started and find out what usability is all about.
