Borland JBuilder MobileSet is a J2ME™ (MIDP, CLDC) compliant environment, fully integrated with JBuilder 7, 8, or 9 Personal that supports software development in Java™ platform devices. Together, JBuilder and JBuilder MobileSet include visual design tools for creating mobile applications, device emulation, and debugging. JBuilder MobileSet works directly with the Nokia Developers Suite to design, run, and test MIDlets for Nokia devices. MobileSet is no longer needed for JBuilder 9 Developer, Enterprise or Mobile Edition.Cost: Free
