Technical Support for Codewarrior fos Symbian OS Users
Forum Nokia provides Technical Support for general software development on Nokia phones and the Series 60 platform, as well as product-specific support for the CodeWarrior for Symbian OS product line. The following support packages are available:
1. CodeWarrior for Symbian OS support & maintenance: CodeWarrior for Symbian OS product support and maintenance provides OEM, Pro, and Personal Edition users with case-based product support, as well as free point release upgrades (e.g. 2.5 to 2.8) and a 30% discount on new product releases (e.g. upgrading from 2.x to 3.x). (Please note that these support contracts are renewals of existing support contracts. If you do not have an existing support contract for a previously purchased CodeWarrior product, please contact sales.codewarrior@nokia.com).
2. Forum Nokia Technical Support: These 1-month support vouchers are for general case-based support on Nokia platforms; use this support option if you have questions regarding Series 40, Series 60, or Nokia device-specific questions.
