Nokia Pop-Port™ is a Nokia manufacturer-specific interface. However, it is possible to connect a Nokia USB Pop-Port - USB (for example, DKU-5, CA-42) cable to a mobile device and send data over the serial port profile to a PC. The Nokia device is then a USB device and the PC becomes the host.
