Ms. Mariam Dholkawala
Bachelor of Commerce and Economics, with marketing management from Mumbai University, India
India
Mariam Dholkawala is the technical head and founder of a games startup in Mumbai, India, called IGameStudio.com. Having being in the field of Web and mobile game development for nearly seven years, Mariam’s experience today has enabled her to pursue her long-standing goals of extensive game development and community support. Her focus has always been Flash from Adobe and all its supporting middle and back-end languages.
Mariam enjoys learning and experimenting with new ideas and pushing a technology’s capabilities to the edge. Her experience includes more than 100 games developed for the Web and mobile devices — with three award-winning games, a strong background in community support through participation in forums, writing articles, speaking at conferences, and managing the Indian Adobe Mobile and Devices User Group.
When not working on games, Mariam likes taking a day off to watch movies, trying new cuisines, or just traveling to other countries to learn about other cultures and languages.
