The Forum Nokia Champion program is an invitation-only reward and recognition program that honors members' Forum Nokia activity and their contributions to the mobile industry. A select few developers are chosen for this distinction on the basis of their extensive knowledge of Nokia platforms and related technology and applications, as well as their active participation in the Forum Nokia community. Membership in the Forum Nokia Champion reward program is granted for one year, with new members being inducted every six months.

In addition to a welcome gift - a Forum Nokia Champion device and a diploma - each Forum Nokia Champion gains global recognition as an industry leader. Members earn the right to use the Forum Nokia Champion title and qualifier image during the year of their membership. Honorees are showcased as Forum Nokia Champions online and some will be profiled in Forum Nokia newsletters. Forum Nokia Champions have also possibility to host their personal blogs at Forum Nokia Blogs.

Forum Nokia Champions also enjoy sponsored technical services. To enhance the development efforts of Forum Nokia Champions, Nokia sponsors select technical services for each champion. These include, for example, one subsidized technical support case, possibility to participate to select Forum Nokia pilots and trials, and sponsored access to select Nokia training sessions.

Forum Nokia Champions also have superior opportunities to connect with industry leaders. Nokia sponsors the semiannual Forum Nokia Champion Day, providing opportunities to meet with Nokia experts and fellow champions for the exchange of ideas. Forum Nokia Champions also gain access to other select Forum Nokia events.

Forum Nokia Champions may use the members-only Forum Nokia Champion extranet, where they can learn about upcoming events and review the details of all Forum Nokia Champion benefits along with instructions on how to take advantage of them.
