Forum Nokia Champion Jim Gilmour began his professional career in Customer Service, and service to the Forum Nokia community remains one of his great passions.
He is expert in Qt for Symbian, Web Run Time (WRT), and Java ME, and he shares that expertise with the community. He wrote
some of the founding articles in the Forum Nokia Wiki, and takes justifiable pride in his part in helping the wiki grow to
over 7,000 quality-checked articles. As part of the Forum Nokia global Wiki Adminstrator team Jim continues to be instrumental
in the growth and success of the Wiki.
Jim has also helped fuel the success of Ovi Store by supporting other developers on the Publishing to Ovi Store discussion board. His support experience helps him communicate with other developers. Publishing to Ovi Store discussion board is a place where developers can discuss problems and Ovi Store management can listen to concerns of developers.

Because Forum Nokia wants forum.nokia.com community members to know how very much their hard work and involvement is appreciated, we have launched Forum Nokia Champion, a recognition and reward program for top mobile developers from around the world. Forum Nokia Champions are outstanding individuals who are selected on the basis of their outstanding skills and devotion to the Forum Nokia community.
Every six months Forum Nokia evaluates registrants activity in various Forum Nokia-related online and offline channels, awarding Forum Nokia Champion membership to a limited number of top performers. The one-year membership in the Forum Nokia Champion reward program entitles honorees to take advantage of benefits accessible exclusively to Forum Nokia Champions.
Forum Nokia Champions earn recognition for having outstanding expertise in certain Forum Nokia-related areas, participating in various online and offline activities, and sharing and showcasing their knowledge with other Forum Nokia members. Forum Nokia Champions are from all regions of the world, have a variety of backgrounds, and are experts in wide-ranging mobile-development areas.
